'Check-in was easy; the lobby felt safe/secure; the staff was friendly and provided free water bottles. My only complaint is that we did not get to enjoy the pool, but at the same time I appreciate it was closed for cleaning, to ultimately benefit the health and safety of the guests. No pool is better than an unclean pool! '

'The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating during our stay. Unfortunately, we had a bit of a disturbance when a dog in the room next to us woke us up at 6 a.m. However, I recognize that this is something beyond the hotel's control, and it doesn't take away from the positive experience we had overall.'

Sleutelkaarten van de deur haperden, receptionist behandelt je dan alsof je niet goed wijs bent. Kamer was muf, en de volgende ochtend zaten we onder de insectenbeten. Niet duidelijk of bedbugs of vlooien, maar onaangenaam was het wel. Ik had een redelijke dunk van Ramada, maar daarop ben ik nu wel teruggekomen.'
