'Bij aankomst was het ontvangst prettig, goede uitleg van hotel, restaurants en spa-mogelijkheden. Allervriendelijkst en in goed Engels.
De kamer was groot, voorzien van veel comfort en bovenal schoon. Met name de badkamer was ruim en goed uitgerust (ruime douche, fijn bad).
De rest van het hotel was goed onderhouden, ook hier uitstekend schoon.
De verschillende uitzichten over de Val d'Orcia waren fantastisch, met name vanuit het restaurant en vanuit het buitenzwembad.

'We had a very nice stay in this quaint hotel. The host was very friendly and helpful, provided us with a continental breakfast every morning and booked us on a great wine tasting tour. The building is obviously older, but very well maintained. VERY CLEAN and the bathrooms have obviously been updated in the not too distant past. This winery is respectful of nature and organic. If you have a car and are interested in Brunello you will not regret your stay. The breastfast is rather limited in options.
