'Really noisy, I even approached the lobby representative (lady) and informed her about the noise during my stay. She did confirm that next to room 203 there is a storage room under the stairs. The first night it was a disturbing noise around 11:30 pm. m. and the next night it was a loud noise again around 4:45am. m. and 6:40 a.m. m. (same day).
I also paid for room 202 as well and my family members also complained about noise coming from lobby staff near room 202.

The staff were quick in responding to requests via whats app and were super helpful! The wonderful lodge-like structure is somewhat secluded on an island near Bocas Del Toro, It is only accessible by boat and most tours will pick you up at their dock. The English-speaking owner can help arrange this. They have a sweet dog that bonds quickly to guests, but is not intrusive. Love this place!!!'

'Gezellige bar, terras en restaurant. Fijne ruime kamer en behulpzaam lief personeel . Gelegen aan strand waar ook hangmatten hangen en ligbedden staan. Het zwembad is niet groot maar prima voor mijn kinderen, alleen was er veel bezoek geweest ( bar-restaurant) en daarna was het water erg vies en 2 dagen vies/groen geweest. ( personeel deed z'n best te reinigen, maar er waren teveel kinderen met zand-zonnebrand ed in geweest)
Het eten is heerlijk, veel mensen komen daar dan ook gezellig eten....

'This is such a cool place! Beautiful surroundings and a unique experience. It is rustic, but a fun adventure. You must climb up and down quite steep stairs to get to the bedroom. Unfortunately, we had lots of rain, so took the water taxi into town and did some exploring. We went to red frog beach. Beautiful! Staff are nice. Food good. Not many vegetarian options, but overall good. We kayaked and snorkeled. Beautiful! I highly recommend. '
