We have been staying at this property since it was a Hilton Hotel w a casino, probably 12 times or more overall. This visit was not good. The concierge yelled at me for trying to retrieve my wallet from my bag, after just leaving it w them, speaking to me like I was a child. The room itself had chips all over the modling, stains on walls, and there was a sewage smell emanating from somwhere every time we opened the balcony. The rooms have not been updated in many many years, and it is showing. They were once hip, and a bit like a Miami hotel but now are worn out. The room was fairly clean, but the sewage smell was overwhelming.
In addition, I was told that the parking fee was part of the hotel resort fee, not so. There is a resort fee of about $35, plus a $33 parking fee per night, so after paying $300/nt at this hotel, its nearly another 100 dollars for parking and resort fee. Very unhappy, as we used to LOVE this hotel.
