We arrived Friday afternoon and we were so looking forward to seeing the facility. There was construction on the beach bar area, rocks in the beach so you couldn’t walk without shoes. Because of construction they only had one restaurant open that was restricted in times and menu. There were ants all over crawling into makeup brushes and personal items. When I paid an extra $300 daily resort fees I was not expecting to be exposed to the outside terrain. It was giving motel six vibes. The room it self was ok but I don’t do well with bugs and other wild life creators. If you are like me try to contact the hotel before booking to ensure you get a hotel room and not a motel room. Thank goodness for the golf cart transportation. Saved us from snakes and other wild life.
