*Price / quality ratio is not good! This is an old hotel with too high prices (250 euro per night for 3p room).
Very old and not ok bathroom. Room has been renovated but both worth the money.
*Service @ reception is poor: smiling but not helping you. When you compare this to the average staff of an Hilton hotel (prices of hotels are comparable) they will get a 3 out of 10.
Examples: not be able to print your boarding pass (can’t find your email..it’s in the spam so we need IT to fix this...blabla), you can only get 2 keys and for the second key you have to sign that when you loose this, you have to pay 3500 Baths (100 euro)!!
Speedy check out not possible: they have to check your room personally (never had this before!
*Location is top: direct access to the beach.
*60% of the guests are Russian people.
* Good breakfast!
Personnel is not really kind ...used to service the Russians?
*Kata Beach is not Patong Beach but was very crowded and didn’t meet my expectations.
