The best thing about this hotel is the location; close to almost every tourist attraction in Athens; staff is very friendly, always trying to help; breakfast is good; room is ok.
However, the room was not as clean as I would expect from a 4-star hotel; floors were covered with some sort of plastic cover, that was sticky actually (perhaps because of the lack of cleaning), so we could not walk on the floor without our slippers/shoes on; the curtains actually smelled (a lot of dust that indicates that it has not been cleaned/washed for quite a long time). The plumbing in the bathroom had some problems that opening the taps either in the sink or the bathtub made a very loud noise, and because the bathroom has only sliding door that does not isolate the noise inside, it was really annoying when anyone is using the bathroom (especially during the night).
The room also did not have blinds (curtains), so napping during the day would not be that easy.
Yet overall, the location was really a BIG plus, so I would still recommend this one.
