Unfortunately, our stay was not what we expected. Firstly, our Expedia booking was not known in the systems and the staff hadn’t heard about the communication we had with the hotel. Additionally, the car got stuck while entering the parking garage as the gate did not open. The guy at the reception didn’t know how to fix this and the service was pretty bad. In the end, 4 people looked at the system but it couldn’t be fixed so a member of the staff opened the gate manually after waiting for more than half an hour. Not even a sorry was offered. While looking at the rooms, one of the two rooms we had was still dirty. Hairs were all over the bathroom. The bed and the shower itself were nice though. One of the rooms was also next to the personnel elevator so there was a lot of noise. Despite the fact that the hotel is located in a nice neighbourhood, the hotel itself and its service was below average.
