Feedback for frontdesk
Clark Amer is a nice hotel to stay. Some of the front desk employee need a training how to behave, talk and be helpful to all the customers. There is a major difference how they take care of visitors with a high standard. At arrival there is a ceremony only for the high standard people, not for all customers.
Some of the front desk employee, don't listen to the customers at all, that's a shame, because it is a nice hotel.
I would advise the manager to train the front desk employee.
On the website of Expedia it's written, free wifi, that's not true. One has to pay for wifi and it is not cheap, very very very expensive.
I would like to say thank you to miss Pratibha (one of the front desk employee), she was very helpful.
Food is very nice, there is variety. Room was okay, unfortunately we had a room with a very very old small tv, something to find out first if you want to watch tv.
