Wrong date.
It is very hard to get in touch with Hotels.com. When I was making reservations for our trip, I made one for March 3 for our trip home. When I made it the computer for some reason put March 8th.
I tried to correct it but could not see how to do it. I phoned but got the hotel. I was told that there was no way to change it once it had been made. That they could not do anything about it. That it was hotels.com that would have to do it.
I remade another one for the date that we needed. and was left with the extra one which we were actually home for.
The day before in trying to do something about it. I ended up calling the hotel again and I got the same response.
I was terribly unhappy about this one.
