We enjoyed our stay at Rome Love. From the outside it doesn't look like a hotel because it is on the second floor of an apartment building (luckily with elevator). The reception is 24 hours (so actually somebody at the reception, not a key to the front door) which was very good in our case as we arrived in the middle of the night. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The room had all the basics and extras we needed (for example airco, little fridge, safe) and the mattresses were very good (firm, that is what we like). The neighborhood is a bit funky ("China Town", as some people called it), but you're close to Termini Station and at walking distance to the Colloseum, plus there is a little park in front of the hotel, which makes a pleasant location. We didn't have breakfast included, but we like to get a coffee and croissant in a bar, and there are plenty of in Rome.
