We stayed here for 2 weeks. The curtains are full of holes (see pictures) and the built in aircon didn’t work properly. I like the temperature 23 C, but even on 16 C it was still warm. We asked the staff, but nothing changed. After a few days the aircon started to drip water and showing black. With only a notification on a small piece of paper in the black folding map the hotel wants the guest to know, that only with that piece of paper placed on the bed, the bed would be cleaned. Note: the reception didn’t inform us about this policy.
We are not the persons to ask for cleaning every day, but after a long day touring and accidentally falling asleep on the bed without shower, we asked the bed to be cleaned. But even after asking with the paper, the sheets were still oily from sun crème and there was still the same dirty spot on the pillowcase. Because of my suspicion, I put something in the pillowcase and asked for new sheets again the day after. After ‘cleaning’ the room I found the same dirty spot on the pillowcase and the thing I hide was still in the same place. We asked the reception for new sheets and they only replaced the pillow cases, one pillow case already with a stain on it (see picture).
