Clean and new but noisy
This hotel looks rather new and occupies 3 floors of an appartment/office building. The rooms are a good size and have a nice bathroom. As always there is little room to store your clothes (no closets at all, only 2 shelves). The car parking is free, which is really nice. Our room on the first floor on the side of Strand was getting a lot of street noise. Also at about 4am every day we were woken up by the prayer call of a mosque nearby, which was annoying. So I would try to request a room away from the Strand side. The breakfast is in the bar/restaurant on the top floor that has spectacular views of both Cape Town and Table Mountain. The staff is very friendly. The 'pool' is also on the rooftop but it is very small and doesn't really invite to use it, which is a pity. Overal I would recommend this hotel for a city trip or business trip, but if you're also looking for a place to relax by the pool, then I think you might be able to do better
