It's a beautiful hotel, well designed with good beds, airco and a small swimming pool on the rooftop. But the bar is not open on mondays (lack of personel?) And on other days the bar opens at 18. If there is an event in the Iobby it is not sure if the bar opens at all. So you are advised to get your own drinks from your minibar or somewhere else. In case you return after 23h and ask for icecubes. Not possible (neither during daytime) since bar and kitchen are closed, nobody has a key. I really wonder if the staff of this hotel understand what hospitality really is all about. They are not arrogant but badly trained. I believe One Shot should look for a different type of manager to make this hotel hip and happening. The event that was held in the lobby as a promotion of a special gin was being presented as SO SPECIAL Well, not for the guests, this infantile show with a dragqueen consumed all the attention of the hotel staff, so they couldn't care less about the fact that they had to look after hotel guests at the same time. So a piece of advice: take a good look at your service level to give your guests an amazing experience and get rid of the current management.
