The Guest House is located in a quiet neighborhood. Though there is parking behind the house I parked on the street and it seemed safe. The room was well equipped with electric devices (air filters, radio, Keurig, mini-fridge, sound machine…) and loads of outlets . The whole procedure was contactless which worked nicely - though a little strange to get used to. Don’t show up without a phone or a phone out of battery! The House had thoughtful little touches (felt on bedside tables for noise/slippage, snacks, drinks, coffee) and it was very nice that it wasn’t like a regular sterile hotel. The community kitchen was very nice and clean and well-stocked with quick breakfast items, cookies, teas and coffee.
The only challenge was the hot water. Make sure you read the email they send! Their tankless water system requires that you turn on the cold water first and then turn on the hot. It took awhile for the hot water to get started but then was fine.
