The hotel is in a great location and I have stayed here many times before. The construction, smell of paint and how congested the lobby gets is quite off putting. I love this hotel and hope the construction is quick! The staff, as always, is amazing.

Amazing post holiday visit
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in was ready early when we got there. They held our bags on check-out day for a very small bag fee so we could go around the city with no bags. We had a wonderful time visiting NYC seeing a show and the Statue of Liberty.
