Location is top , next to Grand Central Terminal.
Rooms are old and a lot of dust in the room.
They don’t answer e-mails when we asked for crib so when we arrived the guy @ the reception says, you guys booked with expedia , you have to the see this with them. On professional!!!! What kind of answer is this when we say we send 2 emails directly to Grand Hyatt and had no answer.
This is not a review to brake this hotel , just to le you know this was the 6th time we booked this hotel in NY and it would be the last one!!!!
They lost customer because of ther behavior, not because the rooms are old with Dust!!!
