The hotel lobby is very nice. The agent that checked us in we could hardly hear what she was saying to us. She was not helpful when we were trying to obtain some assistance with retrieving the Hilton Honors number. We were told that the cookies were only for guests when you checked in. The rooms were dated and need much improvement. The bottom of the bathroom door was warped and damaged like from a flood. The tub was grungy and had a slow drain, the curtain was old and frayed. The ceiling was peeling. The water was hot and the bed was comfortable. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room.
The 'hot' buffet breakfast they charged $19 for was cold; however, the breakfast staff was nice and accommodating.
