We loved this hotel. Beautiful set up, nicely located, great amenities, well appointed and comfortable rooms with a beautiful view of the mountains. However, the were minor details that prevent me from giving it 5 stars. We were told that there was free Stargazing on Sunday nights and we planned out trip to experience it. It was cancelled, at last minute. I called around mid day the day of our arrival to confirm the time, they told me 7pm but when we arrived at the hotel we were informed that it was cancelled. Unexpected events changed the plan and that's understandable, but sad. Breakfast is really nice and varied, but 2 of the 3 days they did not have any hot water for tea. I got water, but after asking for it and waiting for 8 minutes each day to get it. Once can happen, two days in a row is bad planning. The shower has no pressure at all. It took a long time to shower as you feel there's not enough water to properly clean you. Finally as I was leaving the hotel I wanted to fill my water bottle, the water filter at the breakfast room was not working. All minor details, that detract from the experience, but if I'm in the area I would likely return to the hotel. It's a beautiful place.
