Breakfast was great!
Very friendly staff. I had some issues and they were more than happy to help me. Rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable. I did feel the rooms were quite basic, no fridge or microwave and small. The pool is not very child friendly. It has a quick drop off to over 7 ft. It was thankfuly marked with a rope, still made me nervous. 100% recommend getting the breakfast!

Bed Bugs
I sent two of my employees to a conference in Grand Rapids. While the hotel looked nice and clean, looks can be deceiving… Bed Bugs. The hotel did provide a new room but unfortunately by the second day, one of my employees were covered in bites. A good reminder that even when a hotel has a good rating and looks clean, you still need to do a full check of the room and bed to make sure there aren’t any hidden problems.

The restaurant was convenient. Room was older but clean. The bathtub was super slippery i almost fell. Be careful. The airport shuttle was also very convenient and driver’s friendly. The front desk was also very friendly. There was someone parked right out front to the right smoking weed which was super uncool with kids walking by. There were no charging ports in room. I found a different property for our trip back.
