Nice location when visiting the parks. Close to outlet mall and Disney Springs. Restaurants close by.
Hotel was a little dated inside. Friendly staff at reception. Downsides were mainly paid parking when it's basically a public parking garage with no attendant present. People going to nearby restaurants were parking in the same garage. Sometimes late at night there were drunk people sitting in their cars in the garage, listening to music. Didn't feel safe parking there a few times, but the hotel still charges a nightly fee for parking, which felt insane. Also housekeeping only does a full service once a week apparently and not on SA-SU-MO. We arrived on a Monday, so didn't get full service until the following Tuesday. They didn't clean the floors (the same crumbs were still there) and didn't change the empty shower gel.
Unless they offer free parking and improve housekeeping, we'll probably won't stay again for the price we paid.
