The staff was so amazing and kind, from Cafe 49 to the front desk and room service. This hotel really has an outstanding staff in every way. The rooms are super quiet and comfortable including thick architectural glass windows that completely insulate the room from any noise from the street, and bathrooms are well designed including separate shower and bath tub.
