I stayed at apartment 203 for 6 nights. It had 2 bedrooms. One room was so big it had 3x twin beds and a regular sized window which faces a wall. The second room is similarly sized with 2x twin beds but has a window like those used in bathrooms for ventilation. There was no windows in the living area or bathroom. One corner of the apartment was used as storage.
I appreciate the space but the condition of the apartment is really bad.
The apartment also sits on top of a bar that opens until 4am on weekends. Thankfully I am a heavy sleeper so I still managed to sleep. A light sleeper will struggle.
It’s only 60m from the bus stop, 100m from Tokiwa, and 10-min walk to Beppu Station.
Maybe my expectations should be tempered since it really was inexpensive. You decide.
