Disaster of a hotel
When checking we were put in a room and the window was out of its casing broke not secure, took pictures told them they put us in a second room , same problem window was not secured falling out of casing, took pictures showed them they put us in third room, it did not have working locks on patio door , dead bolt lock had no door fastener so door when locked had a half inch opening to outside, took more pics told them and was told that’s all they could do , when asking for refund they said they couldn’t , asked for 200 dollar security deposit back they said it be a week later, so we were stuck out of a room and had to spend more money at a different hotel, after trying to call the manager because we were told they were not there, I called no answer , no one helped at all, we finally go back in and complain more and said at least give us receipts of everything, they couldn’t we ended up taking pics of them, needless to say Wyndham dropped the ball , I’ve never been treated like that at a hotel, completely ruined our trip , if I could give zero stars I would
