Our resent visit
Dear Hotel Management,
I hope this message finds you well. We have always enjoyed our stays at your hotel, but I wanted to share some concerns from our most recent visit.
Upon entering our room, we were greeted with a rather unpleasant damp smell, and we also noticed that the carpets had multiple stains. Unfortunately, we did not approach the reception to request a room change at the time, as our son was asleep, and we didn’t want to disturb him after our travels.
However, we did address these issues with the reception staff upon our departure, so they are aware of our experience. We wanted to ensure that you are informed, as we believe it’s important for future guests to have a comfortable stay.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. We appreciate your commitment to providing a welcoming environment and hope to see improvements on our next visit.
