Terrible from the moment we checked in. Front desk lady was rude. Check in was HORRIBLE. One of our rooms got double booked and when family went in the room there was other peoples stuff in there. Went to ask front desk lady what was going on-told her someone’s stuff was in our room, she said ‘WHAT?’, activated a key and walked away. She didn’t say ‘oh no! Let me go see what’s going on! Hang tight!’ Or anything! She just walked away and left us to wonder. We asked to speak to the manager, took 30 mins for her to come to the table. Tried asking about the customer service, she said her employees are trained to move on to the next customer, start over with their spill and be polite. Well her employee was FAR from that. We asked if the room had been sanitized since someone else’s stuff was in there and she said ‘it’s not policy to do that, people go in and out of rooms all the time’. I asked for the room to get sanitized and she walked behind me and said ‘I’m not comping the room’. Not my point lady. The rooms were already paid for 2 weeks prior. Breakfast Buffett was a mess, eggs were soup and another patron was complaining about that. Ran out of most everything at 8:00am. The pool was cloudy and the pool floors were disgusting. Can’t throw any balls in the pool according to the front desk lady. She came from her front desk spot to come tell our family and another family not to throw balls. Other family argued as it’s not in the ‘pool rules’. Hotel is VERY dated. -to be cont…
