No good
To begin, on the services the hotel offers it says pick up at the airport but I called to ask for that service ans the woman who attend me says they did not have it and that she "have no clue" of what I was saying. Then I arrived and she kind of mock me because of the call, she recognized my voice and make jokes about the call asking for pick up. The breakfast is the same everyday. We only stay for two days instead of the whole week, almost $500 for only two days cause they don't want to refund anything. Only good thing was the wifi and a lafy who was kind but the other two where kind of laughing every time we ask for something, I think it was because of are accent and one time cause we didn't understand how the shower works. Then one day on the breakfast we saw someone with bread and ask where was it cause we did not see it and the lady, zero kind, only says "it's self service", we know that, we only ask for the bread. Anyway, it was not a pleasant stay
