Our room had expired food in the fridge, trash under the bed and chairs, used towels on the back of the bathroom door, light on wall would flicker on and off whether the switch was flipped or not(sleeping was not fun), and the gross of the gross, someone’s ripped underwear under the sink. When we tried to talk to someone at the hotel they said we had to talk Expedia, when we connacted Expedia they said the hotel should have given us a refund from their end. We had three rooms, this one was GROSS the other two were normal. We don’t normally complain, these issues seemed to stack. We were extremely frustrated that neither the hotel nor Expedia were able make it right for us.
