Court Marriott hotel, Manhattan
The area was great, it was in the hear of Manhattan; walking distance to restaurants, time square, NY public library, etc. However, the hotel had one working elevator which made it horrible for everyone. We were told of this the night before checking in and waiting for the elevator wasn’t fun. During checkout time we had to wait close to 30 minutes to get the elevator to get down as everyone was checking out the same time. They truly need to work on that. Price wise it was good for the location. But the cleanliness wasn’t that good.

Only one working elevator resulted in most of our time waiting. 20 minutes at a time wait for the elevator, with a toddler. You try it. We are extremely dissatisfied. Had the hotel made people aware of the issue before booking we probably would have chosen somewhere else to stay.
