Management not responsive to issues.
Maybe we just got a bad room. But the coffee / tea maker water container was full of a brown scum filled liquid and there was no toilet paper in the room. The lady on duty was responsive, but it took a bit of our first evening getting that handled. Also discovered some sort of small ants, with wings on the first night. Day 2 there was a big delay in room refreshment. But after asking for help, it got done. On night 2 there were dozens of these same small winged ants everywhere. Bathroom, walls ceilings and beds and even swimming in the toilet. But, my biggest complaint is that I emailed the hotel GM and Sales Manager and after a week, I got no response back at all. Seems like I was just totally ignored. I was looking for a regular place to stay since we now have a new grandchild in the Waco area, but due to managerial non response, I can not recommended this location. Over all it was not a good stay. So we will look for other options in the future in the Waco area. The breakfast options were decent and the staff was very friendly, but the management seems missing from this location. I recommend considering other options for a south Waco stay. I’m not sure why our concerns were where never addressed by management. It’s sad…
