I had notified the hotel about a late arrival. When we arrived at 10:30 PM, we were told the elevator was broken and our room was on third floor. When I called a few hours earlier, nothing was mentioned about the elevator. This would not work, because my husband had knee replacement. Karine eventually traded our room for a room on first floor. When we entered the room, there was an animal odor. I notified Karine of the situation, and she placed a dryer sheet in the air conditioner and sprayed something on the carpet for the odor. We appreciated Karen’s assistance; however, we would not have stayed if it hadn’t been so late.
