Not welcoming
Arrived late at night with our tree kids. Front desk guy said he could not find our reservation which we made and prepaid on Expedia. Made us wait while he checked In other guests. Then said he could not accept the reservation confirmation on my phone and that the Expedia confirmation number meant nothing to him. At this point my husband called Expedia on his cell phone and discovered that the reservation was indeed valid and under his name not mine. Front desk guy then revealed that he had this reservation all along but did not say anything earlier, preferring to be hostile and unwelcoming instead. I suppose it is hard to get good service people but in a hospitality industry this was notable for poor service.
