The amenities at the property were nice but the bed was a bit uncomfortable and after day 2 little bugs started crawling out of the mirror in the bathroom. Staff quickly cleaned it up. Also was put on 2nd floor next to the street and right above the hotel entrance. Was very noisy, however earplugs were provided. Next time id probably stay somewhere closer to the beach.

The location cannot be beat. The design and decor are chic and funky, even though the building is quite old (as noticed in the old elevators). The pool, coffee bar and restaurant make things so easy. Towels for the beach are plush. My only gripe is the fee charged for an early arrival.

Enjoyed the city views and patio
Noticed a few improvements during this stay: the valet staff was much more attentive and helpful! And the bedroom and bathroom were very clean. And my VIP perks were available. Thank you! Also love that they still offer yoga with Nick and the free passes to Bishop Museum. And we really enjoyed swimming at the pool. My biggest complaint would be the many mosquito bites that I got when we spent time by the pool. I am allergic and it's been a few days, and I am still itchy. Other complaint is the ice machine on the 8th floor is loud af. I kept the tv on all night in order to drown out the noise in the hallway, but not everyone is going to be comfortable with the tv on. Maybe add soundproofing? Or just move the icemaker downstairs away from the hotel rooms? Or provide earplugs?

Nice Hotel
This was our first couple of nights stay while in Hawaii for a Spartan race. The hotel was OK but not great. No parking (had to use valet). Was close to the Waikiki area so it was an easy stroll to shopping and dining. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but comfortable.

Love the vibe, stay at the Wayfinder!
Our stay was wonderful. All the extras were fantastic. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had fun getting to know the poolside bartenders and pool staff. Kaden is awesome. The room service was good but late in the day. Bath soap wasn’t monitored and more towels could be useful. The glasses provided should be changed daily as well.
