Do not stay here if you have any other choice. As soon as you walk in, you’ll realize this is in poor condition. It smells of smoke and dirty laundry. We walked into our room and turned around and walked back out. The ratings were not accurate.

The room itself was fine, though slightly dark and depressing. The internet was incredibly slow (even after paying to upgrade to a faster speed). I couldn’t even get on a zoom call for work, which was very irritating. The ONE elevator in the building broke on a Thursday, and still wasn’t working Sunday when I checked out, which is unacceptable! There was also no coffee in the lobby or a coffee maker in the room, so I had to leave the hotel every morning just to get coffee to function for the day. Overall the hotel was run down and my stay was very disappointing.

It was ok. We would stay again, but you get what you pay for. There were smells in the hallway and in the room.

Very unhappy workers who were reluctant to help. All conversations and requests between them started with a very loud and annoyed sigh. Lobby has a stench of cigarette and marijuana. Will not recommend

The room was so terrible I cannot imagine anyone at any time at any given place sleeping in the terrible room that I had I didn’t like the bathroom because it was a leaky bathroom I didn’t like the kitchen because only one eye on the stove worked I didn’t like the room in general because of the fact that they had people walking back-and-forth in my room looking inside of invading my privacy and also I did not like the fact that the lounge chair or the comfy chair did not recline as it was said to do The only good thing was there was good staff in the hotel

The bathroom had stains on the counter the non smoking room smelled of smoke. There was a strong smell of a controlled substance. I didn’t feel comfortable sitting in the chair. I was unable to stay.

The room was clean. My problem was that as it was Independence day when I checked in. After settling into my room, I tried to turn on the television, no luck. I called the front desk to report it and was told to bring it to her for new batteries the remote. Back in the room, the TV still didn't work. Behind the TV there were loose wires hanging. I called the front desk again. The clerk said that no one was available to address my problem but she would leave a note for the manager. Annoyed, I attended my planned event. When I returned to the room, I spent about 15-20 minutes reconnecting the TV and solving the remote control problem. Upon checkout, I informed the front desk and left. Such lackadaisical attitudes! Personnel were more interested in communicating with each other rather than the guests. Maybe I got a bad crew.

I reserved room days in advance. And also called to say I’ll be checking in late. Front desk said no problem. Got there no Queen Bed and the room I treserved was not there.
