While we were there, for the first few days, we had an excellent woman preparing everything and keeping everything clean. When the person did not show up, the breakfast was not prepared until the BW staff team tried to prepare breakfast for the customers. The last two days we were there, a man was preparing everything and he was excellent and caring for the guests for breakfast. I am very dissatisfied with Best Western for their cleanliness. The towels were worn and torn. The floors in our room turned our socks black. The staff at the desk were very accommodating and helpful. The pool was not kept clean and mold was present at the pool. Would not go into pool. I have been to many Best Westerns and probably not rent from you again.
