We were on the 5th floor and the elevator went out on the 2nd day of a weeklong stay. The ice machine was also broke on our floor and apparently all other floors as ice was only on the 1st floor. They didn't charge hotels.com right for the room the first day, said nothing about the discrepancy, and ended up charging my card instead. So I had to call and ask why they charged me another day on a fully prepaid reservation. They sent me two blank folios, no days, no charges, just name, dates and room number and told me I had to square up with hotels.com. The lamp was broken in our room. Fridge freezes things. Bed was amazing, A plus on that Location also amazing. Breakfast was decent.
