The carpets were dirty, food on the floor by the bed and nightstand. Napkins behind the headboard on the floor. Bedframe rails sticking out on the sides of boxspring. Dirty single sitting chair.

It was horrible. 1st room smelled like fish. Went in to use the restroom and there was old urine in the toilet and the source of the horrible smell. So, I requested a different room. 2nd room, the bed looked as though someone had just slept in it and the sheets were dirty. And, there was a woman that would not stop screaming at her child. So, I requested another room. 3rd room was just okay. The sheets had stains but maybe they were clean? Didn’t smell as though they had been recently laundered. The heat was off as well and with it being 1 degree outside - I froze until the room warmed up which took a couple hours. Will never stay here again.

Our first room was filthy so we were moved to another. Both rooms had old fabric chairs that were dirty and stained (NOT a leather chair like the pictures). Our bathtub was stained and marked up with gross caulking. The room looked nothing like the pictures and we were charged a premium rate since there was a festival going on in town. Unfortunate that we couldn't get into a hotel anywhere else. Gross. Never again.

Staff was rude. They made a room key for MY room for some random person so when I arrived back at my room, my key didn’t work. I complained to the front desk and asked them to make me a new key and the lady told me that she would t make me a key and told me if I wanted a key then I should ask the unknown lady that she apparently made the key for. So I ended up being locked out of my room and couldn’t even reach customer service((
