There was mold on ripped curtains by the air conditioner, also moldy, and the filters were dusty in it. The furniture needs to be replaced. The showerhead was rusty, which doesnt feel safe to clean yourself in. The carpet has not been vacuumed in way too long, as there was dog hair everywhere (I would guess a golden retriever, which, some would say is irrelevant) amongst the dead bugs and whatnot.The mirrors had something smeared all over them, not cleaning products. Just being there felt bad. There was also an aggressive growl and male sounding voice yelling at me through the wall because I made a little noise moving my things. I was already sleep deprived and tried to rest, but wasn't able to sleep there. I canceled my whole booking and still had to pay for taxes and fees. The one good thing was the customer service person who I called to cancel my booking. He was polite, despite not understanding what I was asking/saying. He attempted to explain what he could, which I appreciate. We had to move our things, including our cat, to another place, which kept me up until 5 AM to get settled. Not okay.
