Liked that there was a kitchenette, matras was good and bathroom was nice but could have been cleaner.....fridge leaked water, when in need of new towels you have to bring it to the front desk and ask for new...????
We had one night so bad we couldn't sleep, neighbors definitely used something and kept screaming and bangin on the walls and floors, fighting his girl,called the front desk 3 times! Final call we said if they dont do it than we would call the cops ourselves. Finally at 7am those people left the room ...we had to get up at 8 so no sleep for us, but any compensation? Nope...
I made a mistake with my booking so i didnt check out at 11 but came that evening, wanted to get it sorted because this was my mistake, they charged 40dollar late check out fee even though she said 20 in the beginning and they keeping my 100dollar deposit,plus i had to pay another 100 for an extra night, this when the room was 63 a night? So i said i would just pay the late fee and get my stuff,This was definitely a lesson and wont be coming back.
