Great hotel. Unfortunately, I stayed one night, and the Internet was not working. I called the front desk, and they gave me an internet customer service number to call. I contacted them, and after several minutes, the rep told me to reboot, and it should be okay. She told me she would call me back to confirm. Nothing changed with the internet, and the rep didn't call back.
It was now an hour into this, and I tried calling the hotel's front desk again. This time, there was no answer. I assumed this was because they were getting many calls about this same issue. About an hour later, the internet rep finally called me back, and I informed them the internet was still not working. Now, three hours later, I gave up and went to sleep
