Had paid for the Canadian Falls View. When we got to our room our main view was the city/parking lot. And then a tiny portion was a view of the American Falls. Not at all what I paid for. Spoke to front desk and they refused to anything about it and blamed it on hotels.com - didn’t feel like spending hours on the phone during my wife’s birthday to deal with it, so we begrudgingly stayed in the room with the curtains closed

We had a few days off decided to spend it at Niagara Falls. We stayed at the Hilton Hotel for 2 nights. We paid for a king suite with Canadian/US fallsview. Unfortunately the room smelled awful the minute you walked in.For 2 nights we had no cold water just extremely HOT water to brush our teeth and bathe. The AC in the room was not working. We called the front desk to switch rooms they said they only had upgraded rooms available for $100 extra each night. We have stayed here before and never had such a horrible experience. Guess we will have to try the Marriott next time!

For the most part our stay was great. The main light switch when we walked in was not working, and there was a big stain on the caroet, not very appeasing. And tge water pressure in the shower was not very strong. Other then that, the room was very ckean, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was fantastic. The Spyce Lounge had a fantastic live band and we really enjoyed our evening.

Hotel experience was great. The room was exactly what I expected. The view was phenomenal. We had to do the outdoor self-serve parking option however they did have a shuttle running which was awesome since it was pouring rain. My only complaint about parking is that is $35 plus tax. It is quite steep but I am happy that it has In-and-Out privileges. My only other suggestion is that the room should have a couple of wine glasses available. While I know it's not a boutique hotel, I think that would give it an extra something especially considering most people are going to wineries while in the area. We forgot a bottle opener and I tried asking the front lobby but they did not have any available. There is a walkway from inside the hotel to the casinos so if the weather is bad you do not have to get wet. Many great restaurant options inside the hotel in and nearby as well. Overall a great experience and I will definitely choose to stay at the Hilton again.

Disappointed in the view, 4 ft window seeing we were at the end of the hall. Pillow case and phone had makeup on it, had to call downstairs. TV satellite most channels were not working the first night. I think hotel was over priced for what the rooms looked like, older rooms. Would not stay there again

The covers to the bed were disgusting so bad I had to remove them before getting in and sleep with a light cover that was in the closet. Called to complain and was told that because of COVID house keeping couldn't come into change it but they could send new sheets for me to make the best, just what I want to do on vacation. Only ended up giving a $50 credit to the stay. Also the vending machines on every floor were not working no cold drinks and our floors vending took my $20, after letting them know no one came to post a sign our whole stay or fixed it but after checking other floors for a cold drink this seemed to be a problem across the hotel. Overall not happy with the accommodation for the price I would have expected better from a hotel that usually has a good name behind it. Check in was very quick despite long line up. Room was a good size with a view of the Falls. Beds were comfortable. The room had a musty smell to it. We discovered the reason for this was because the carpet was wet near the heating unit. Hotel is in a great location and the bridge connecting it to the casino is a great bonus. We parked at the casino parking lot as it is a lot cheaper than parking at the hotel. Their parking prices are outrageous.
