The staff and location were incredible. Lobby area and our rooms were quite new and beautiful. The gym is good and was not used that much. The pool is small for the hotel size and the pool surroundings weren’t that clean by midday. We had prepaid for two water front rooms and were placed in two rooms overlooking a parking lot with a partial ocean view. Those rooms are 418-19. The hotel moved one of our rooms after a request and the other room we had to keep.

The room has recently been remodeled and refreshed with new furniture, fixtures, and paint. The staff is very courteous and proactive. The location of the hotel is almost perfect with close access to the historical district and its amenities and on the ocean. However, a couple of negatives: the hotel has significant construction going on with activities going into the evening; and the closest beach is about a 30 minute walk. We will likely return on e the construction is completed.

Nice stay, large room, odd bathroom doors, great location. we got a great off season rate of $229, I would have been disappointed if i had paid significantly more. The pool was my favorite part, it overlooks the water, nice chairs and a nice bar. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.
