The rooms are mini apartments, all eco-friendly with a small kitchen stacked with dishes, pots and what you need to cook your own meals. The free breakfast each morning includes a live chef freshly cooking your hot breakfast. In addition there are several other breakfast choices in various stations around the room. And they had almond butter and nutella as 2 of the spread choices...never seen that!! The bed was lucious and there 2 TVs (one in LR and one in BR. Now the bad news - the front desk staff, are a little less than sharp in the customer service, knowing how to properly navigate their jobs. My room was fully paid for and when I arrived, for no reason, took another $150 out of my account. They couldn't explain why - not even the manager on duty. I was budgeted this trim and had put that money aside to pay for uber rides, but suddenly it was swiped away, without authorization from me. There is no record that they took it and that I would get it back, so I filed a dispute with my bank who will refund the money if the hotel doesn't release it back. If it weren't for the incompetency at the front desk, my rating would be 5 stars...Watch your credit card and funds deducted with these folks!
