Read Reviews Before Your Stay
During my recent stay, I encountered several significant issues with the accommodations. Upon arrival, the front check-in attendant was absent, resulting in a prolonged wait for the check-in process. The assigned room lacked the necessary HDMI cables for the television, and the ambient temperature was uncomfortably low due to an open window. Fortunately, the heater was operational and was activated promptly.
Upon inspection, I found hair in the bed linens, as well as remnants of old Arby's fast food located behind the television stand. Additionally, the shower exhibited a persistent leak, which caused a continuous dripping sound throughout the night. The toilet was also problematic, as it continued to run due to calcium buildup within the tank. Furthermore, there was hair present in the shower drain.
I attempted to contact the front desk to request a room change; however, the attendant was again unavailable. This lack of responsiveness contributed to an overall unsatisfactory experience.
