We arrived for check in 3:00. We were given a room that was not made up. The beeding was piled on a chair, so it appeared housekeeping stopped cleaning.
When i went back to front desk, i asked to speak to supervisor, was told there wasn't one, but after asking the front desk attendant why rooms weren't ready, a supervisor came from behind the partition. She said they would take care of it.
I was tired and frustrated, as we had been in the car all day and already unloaded our luggage. Rather than being apologetic, the supervisor said more than once, " we're taking care of it." She had quite a rude attitude. When i asked if she understood why i was frustrated, she said that since she was in the hospitality industry, she would have been more understanding in my place.
No offer of any sort made at an apology, no willingness to accept responsibility.
It us my belief that if 3:00 is check in time, rooms should be ready at 3:00. I saw housekeeping still working on roomscwhen we left for dinner around 5:30. Either they are understaffed, or not very competent. Either way, this may well have the worst check in experience I've ever had.
