Newport/ Middletown
Hotel was in a good location with lots of nearby shopping and restaurants. The staff was very accommodating. one serious problem was that our room was not cleaned the following day. The evening assistant manager came up with fresh towels and a vacuum cleaner and was extremely apologetic and kindly discounted money from our bill. Other than this one issue the hotel offered fine service.

Thank you Sierra for welcoming us and accommodating our needs (when we got to the hotel, our room has the pack n play already setup and airconditioner was on so the room was already cold and comfortable upon checking in). I also love that the hotel looks in new, in good condition, very clean, has free hot water/hot chocolate/coffee 24/7, breakfast was ok, indoor heated pool, dove toiletry products inside the room, very comfortable beds, I could go on and on.. everything made our stay very comfortable and would love to come back. I kind of wished we had the same exact holiday inn express (like this one) in Los Angeles so me and my family can go on staycation whenever we want. This is one of the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed at cosidering the price at an affordable rate! I am a very happy customer!

It was located a short distance outside Newport! The location was amide shopping centers which is not always first thought when on vacation but was convenient for picking up necessities or to get reasonable priced food or delivery to hotel! The way the hotel itself was tucked back of the Main Street made you feel removed from the commercial and gave it a quiet air!
