Not Happy With Stay
When I was comparing "apples to apples" online I had weeded out all except for two or three. looking more in depth at there advertisement, pictures, prices and reviews I came to decide on this one. The Holiday Inn & Suites lakeville by IHG. The main deciding factor was the indoor water park verbiage in the description. After checking into the room and walking down to this water park I come to find out that it is nothing more than a very small pool with one water slide that I couldn't even access. After multiple visits to this so called water park we come to find out that the gate to enter was locked and no one was there. We went down multiple times and the results stayed the same. We stayed there for 3 days. Also the maids never came to the room to clean or exchange towels or replace the coffee. We had a balcony room overlooking the pool, we found out to late that it was loud with kids screaming and yelling as they played in this pool. We shut the sliding glass doors and pulled over the curtains but this did not help. So if you are looking for a hotel with a water park this is not it. If you are looking for a quiet room this is not it. Also if you are okay with seeking out the maids for towels and coffee as well as emptying your own trash, then this is the hotel for you!
