Rude Staff and poor room
Front desk lady not friendly, lights in bathroom flickered the whole time and maintenance took all day to come look at it just to say they didnt have the bulb smh. So i had to deal with flickering lights that really seemed like an electrical issue. I used to stay here all the time brfore they "remodeled" and the staff was great and never had problems with the rooms. Now all kinds of problems with the room and the staff is rude, especially the old lady that does the breakfast. She was a half hour late getting the breakfast out then when i asked if she had turkey sausage she said no just pork, eat it. I said i do not eat pork so ill pass. She then was rude when i asked for milk since there was none out and they had no juice. I doubt i will be staying here anymore after being a loyal customer for the last 5 years.

I booked for several days and had to go out on Saturday to work took my personal belongings and left my food and liquor in the refrigerator over 70.00 plus dollars in merchandise was taken from the room say they thought I did a early check out but the room was paid for and my card worked on the door when I got back if they thought that why did my key card still work I wish to be reimbursed for at least one night or my belongings and the front desk act as if I was in the wrong

Don expect breakfast
They shut off breakfast 30 minutes early leaving at least 7 people not happy. Staffer had bad attitude. Next day 45 minutes early. No food. NO PLATES. They had to go to the store. Brought out bacon after same staffer stood around. Paid for breakfast and got an apple and little else. Only 1 bug in room though.

Skip this one.
Outrageously overpriced! Paid in advance for a room with 2 queens. Didn’t have it when I checked in. Ended up with a king and a sofa. Had to go back down for sheets pillows for the sofa because the front desk person didn’t have any one to bring it up. Also the breakfast wasn’t good. How hard is it to mix up the gravy mix. Not very tasty when you bite in to lumps of powder. Seriously yucky. Biscuits cold. Worst breakfast ever had at Holiday Inn. Definitely won’t be staying here again.
