Check in to new hotel was exciting for the first day then found out that the price has increased at front counter I asked why did the price change. Worker said because I used third party app incorrect fee from Hotel.com. I ask to cancel my stay. Worker said I still be charged for the first night at full price:( Breakfast at location below average should be better for the price customer paying should have more variety. Hotel lobby is part of breakfast sitting area. Need more table & chairs. Hotel water pressure for shower is weak, dishwasher don’t work, microwave don't heat food properly, window inside room looking out no view, few parking space around hotel, parking space for mid size SUV or truck are tight between two car in park space. Have to park farther away to avoid scratch or dent to car. This hotel have two elevator and only one elevator work the whole time I was there for everyone including working that clean room and hotel lobby so elevator wait time is longer than usual and operate slow, door lock mechanism to room respond slow with room card key, hotel used cheap exterior wall, window can hear outside noise and interior wall can hear normal conversation and music in next room. Call front desk around 10pm to discuss issue to worker but don't know if they call room with loud noise to keep it down. Loud conversation was reduced down a little bit but still continue thought out the night. Would not recommend this due to poor customer service and bad overall experience.
