The staff were very friendly and the location is awesome.

10/10 Exceptional

Not a place I’d stay with family; however, for single travellers looking for basic accommodation this was perfect. It was clean/safe with +++friendly staff.
Sheldon, 1-night trip

Shady place with shady people. Not a hotel.
Dennis, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The room was very simple and clean. The front staff were both very friendly. There were lots of cameras set up front to ease the worry of the people hanging around outside at all times of day. The surrounding area downtown was easily assessable. Lots of fun stuff to do near by. We were in the city for a concert so this was a good place to stay as everything was close.
Shanna, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Perfect location for our stay
Lori, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Not bad for the price
Andrew, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

The hotel itself was great but there were a lot of scary people that sat outside in groups and smoked. Some of them tried to talk to us but we just walked away.
Abigail, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Excellent location! Great price, no frills place to stay in downtown Toronto. Very clean and comfortable.
Kate, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Staff were courteous, parking was easy. Our floor was quiet. This is definitely a case of, “you get what you pay for”. Very run down overall, but clean in appearance. Bed was comfortable. Room was scorching hot even with the heat turned off. Bathroom door didn’t close, which was funny if anything. The location worked for the purposes of my trip, but overall not somewhere I would stay for a cozy, relaxing time.
Melissa, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

Goid value for budget travel, great location.
John, 1-night trip

Great location. Small rooms but great for a quick stay .
Alessandra, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Nice place in a rough part of town. Staff were very friendly.
Taylor, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Lots of options for shopping as this is what the app is asking for. It's located in part of the old school Toronto scene. Might not be the best location for elderly people as the location is close to a certain aspect of society that sometimes asks for money. The staff is awesome there's nothing to really worry about as I've found this portion of downtown Toronto very sociable.
John, 3-night trip

Very good nice hotel.

Staff was nice the thing I liked: walking distance to the hospital but I would not recommend it to friends.

Reception was so helpful, making sure everything was acceptable, arranging parking

Clean hotel with good price! Well located, close to many interesting tourist attractions!

PAUL, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Value was low because property was too expensive for what was provided at $250 per night. At least they have a new elevator. The only thing it has going for it is location.
John, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Room was nice but area is a little sketchy but not too bad would stay here again
Connor, 1-night trip

Charming little hotel.

Great place for an overnight. Very friendly helpful staff.

The location was ideal for a concert at the legendary Horseshoe Tavern. We wanted walkable, and it was justcthat! Hosts were great.

An old building that has been renovated and is quite fine. Great location to get to activities and services in that area of Toronto.
